  • Live Arrival Guarantee: Windsor Fish Hatchery offers a live arrival guarantee for all shipped fish, provided that the shipping cost is viable.   • Cost Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination.

 Courier Services: Koi are delivered directly to the customer's door via reliable courier services. Windsor Fish Hatchery does not offer pickup services due to resource constraints. 

  Important Considerations

 Public Holidays: Live fish are not shipped during weeks with public holidays to avoid potential delays.
