Why Some Koi Are on Special

A “special” price does not mean lower quality.

As breeders, we produce far more koi than we can physically keep long term. We simply cannot retain every fish in the hatchery as they grow. Periodically, we run specials to create space for new batches and upcoming generations.

The grading, bloodline, and inherent quality of the koi do not change because of a promotion. The special pricing is about managing space and Live stock  — not about reducing standards.

All fish are couriered to you. 

The single fish or group fish in the photos is the exact fish you will receive when you order

Batch photos are an example of the fish in the batch

  Please enter any delivery details in comments area at checkout such as gate code, access etc

We do not refund on live fish purchases, so please select your fish carefully

* In-store credit will be made available on all dry goods only, if for any reason you have purchased a fish you no longer want. You will be charged $25 when you cancel a live fish order.

We cannot swap fish after a purchase, in this case, if requested you are not entitled to a refund.

 Live fish arrival guarantee   claiming DOA you must complete the following:

1. Take a clear photo of the dead fish inside the bag showing that the bag is still intact and has not been opened.

2. Email the image along with your name and address to info@windsorfishhatchery.com.au within 6 hours of receipt of the fish.
