All our koi fish are guaranteed to be healthy.Our fish are conditioned for travel weeks before they are listed on the website. To ensure they don’t stress we use hospital grade oxygen, insulated boxes not cardboard. Once the fish are photographed, they are moved into large ponds with high oxygen levels. Our fish are our passion, we do all we can to make sure they get everything they need to thrive.
